  “Far from great”. This was ridiculous. Refused my son medical care for 2 months. They went against their own policies to do this. They are refusing to allow me to file a formal complaint. Front desk leaves you on “Read” via MyChart. Refused to confirm or deny that they had BOTH of my children’s medical records. Transferred the kid’s medical records to the wrong location (despite the fact that they specifically asked me via email and over the phone, which location). Their policies are borderline unethical. After asking 4-5x to have the transfer out form to transfer my kid’s medical records elsewhere, the staff finally respected that and emailed me the form. The front desk was unwilling to send that to me for over two hours. A supervisor had to email that form to me. Still will not send me a complaint form or who to contact. All the supervisor/staff told me to do was contact the “Practice Manager” but gave me no name, no extension number to call them, and no email address. Very uncooperative and again, they go against their own policies.

  Great Dr.'s with the love for what they do and always trying to improve when possible. Both of my daughters are picky and stubborn. If it wasn't for the way the Dr. Was able to make them relax and feel comfortable means they're doing something right.

  We take our sons (16 months old & 6 weeks old) to Rambling Roads pediatrics, and they have been seen by them since they were in the hospital after birth. The staff there (from the doctors to the nurses to the support staff) have been caring and professional on every one of our visits. I hope that if we every have to move out of the area, we can find a pediatrics office that comes close to Rambling Road - they set a high bar.
