  Dr Gerald is a horrible and inpatient & does not care about his patients I had an infected jaw he didn’t give me no antibiotics or pain med 10 out of 10 I don’t recommend

  We brought a friend of our there and everyone was soooo respectful and treated us with such dignity...we are just SOOO grateful

  Medical Field Failing us yet again… Called prior to see if I could be seen. Context type 1 diabetic and my infusion sites keep getting infected so I switched to shots. I show up and they state someone can talk to be but they do don’t LABS of any sort. So they’ll probably refer me to the ER Just a heads up NO LABS, NO BLOODWORK ETC FAN BE DONE HERE. Wish they would of just said that before I drove 20 min out

  Never had such an unprofessional, unhelpful interaction with medical staff. I was told to check in at the loaction from a telehealth check in. Staff member at the desk was short tempered and seemed to get upset with each piece of information that needed to be updated. Once in the back staff was dismissive and was more preoccupied with a insect in the room than with speaking to me. Spoke to 4 different staff members and each one didn't seem to have any of the information that the last one had been given and talked condescending constantly. Two of the staff noticeable raised their voices at me to cut me off while I was explaining my symptoms and asking questions about my options and medication they had reccomended. I understand it is a stressful career particularly at the present, but the entire experience even on the telehealth meeting was completely unacceptable and I could leave a negative 5 star review I would.
