  I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen. The staff were all professional and friendly. A PA talked with me, there was some testing done and he then recommended a medication. They had it on hand, I took it and 24 hours later I feel much better. Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

  Was misdiagnosed, perscribed unecessary and innapriate medication and gaslit of the highestest order by both the PA and DO, as well as being told I had a panic attack based on them snooping into a record of an ER visit for same symptoms. After experiencing severe pain for a month and falling due to pain which resulted in a fracture, went to U of M for diagnostics, and a specialist, who correctly diagnosed me. Had the original providers believed me, my fall and resulting surgery would not have happrned. They were SO smug and condescending and did not LISTEN! Well never go back there.

  We’ve been here a few times now. Very refreshing facility. We’ve barely waited, and the staff has always been nice, and cheerful.

  My experience getting assessed for a broken arm and getting an X-ray was excellent. I waited less than five minutes. Every practitioner was extremely friendly and understanding, even at the very end of the day. Really exceptional experience. I will return here if I have another concern they can address. Update: although I do not have great insurance, this was about 10% the cost of a recent ER visit. I see some people were shocked by the cost, so I was concerned, but it was minimal.

  Ive been here twice. A broken foot and a tooth abscess. Both times I was in and out very quickly. All staff have been incredibly nice, sympathetic and caring.
