  Everyone was so nice to me. Wait time was basically non existent (I was a walk-in). I felt listened to when describing all my symptoms. Highly recommend it here if you're looking for professional, respectful and outstanding care.

  My daughter has always had good experiences when she has had to visit until today. She was treated extremely rudely by the front of the house staff. She is in town visiting our cottage and was there for a very sore throat, stuffy ear and ear ache. When asked if she had traveled within the last 30 days she answer, “yes, I just came up from Kentucky.” The admin snapped at her and said,”I said internationally, KY isn’t international.” Made my daughter feel ridiculous, because she couldn’t hear the question correctly. Once she was called back she continued to be treated rudely by the SAME woman who checked her in, who also administered the strep test..incredibly aggressively stabbing my daughter in the back of the throat. All in all, terrible experience. Only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because they used to be welcoming and kind.

  I'm a nurse and I have decades of care experience and a PhD. This interaction was the lowest level of uncaring and non-empathy that I've experienced in a very very long time. I had a kidney infection and extreme pain, and Bronson (right next door) urine labs to prove it. Not ER- level necessity. I just needed antibiotics and it was 730 at night. The SECRETARY looked at my labs and said, our providers won't see you because blah blah blah. Never asked a provider. But, hey, they get off in a half hour so they couldn't be bothered with helping me. The women at the lab were lovely and kind and professional, but these three women that were laughing heartily couldn't be bothered to help someone in need so close to closing time. Zero stars. Don't go here. Maybe the providers will see this and have a chat with their front desk team about diagnosing people without proper licensing.
