I was late 12 minutes to my appointment and Dr said I had to reschedule, I was told by the reception desk they have a 15 minutes rule but I was 12 minutes late and had checked online.It was a simple yearly routine check to prescribe my medicine but they decided to make it unnecessarily difficult.

I recently switched locations within Bronson, and I had the best visit I've ever had at the doctor's during my first visit! The front desk workers were amazing and so nice, and Dr. Fish was very kind, down to earth, and made sure I felt heard during my appointment! I would recommend this location to everyone I know and am so happy I found a GP that I feel comfortable with!

I began receiving healthcare here when the facility opened. I utilize MyChart for most of my scheduling needs, it is super convenient. I have called to make an urgent appointment when I couldn't find an availability online. They worked to get me in at another location and I waa seen that afternoon. This is a very busy office, so scheduling non-urgent appointments will push the calendar farther out. Staff has always been kind and helpful. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to see my provider. Aaron Bacalia, Pa-C is very thorough and respectful. If I have follow up questions, I will call or send a MyChart message to the nurse or send a MyChart message to him. I have done an e-visit for a more detailed follow up. That is super convenient for me to fit into my schedule.

I have had the worst experiences with the front desk staff at this location over the last year. From one guy cancelling one of my appointments and not notifying me. To the front desk not listening to me at all and completely talking over me, it’s not just one person it’s seems to be most of them. Anyways I’m getting a new doctor and won’t be coming back, they suck.
