  I had searched awhile to find a good primary care doctor and got recommended to Dr. Goodwin. This doctor is literally the best I've ever seen. He listens, does his best to help with treatment. I'll recommend him to anyone! Now a days it really is hard to find a doctor that actually cares and listens!

  Not the usual bronson primary care location I go to. The staff were friendly enough, however, their walls are paper thin and I could hear them talking about patients while I was sitting in my exam room. They repeatedly referred to one of the patients as "the transgender one" and misgendered their pronouns several times. They clearly don't have any care for HIPAA or compassion for patients identifying as a different gender. They also didn't give me clear directions as to when the appointment was over, so I was sitting there waiting for what I thought would be the nurse practitioner to come back with my discharge paperwork, and instead a person who was going to clean the room came in and told me to just go to the front desk. When I did that, I still had to ask for paperwork. If I am ever offered an appointment at this location, I will absolutely decline.

  Dr. Doan and his staff are awesome ! He's very attentive and listened to my concerns (and theories) about my health. He's very down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

  Followed all the steps to set up a new patient appointment using a Bronson Care Advisor. This office called me 20 minutes prior to the start of my appointment and said they couldn’t see me because of positive test results - testing that was in fact NOT positive and had never been presented as something I should be aware of when making this appointment. Their solution was a video visit - my appointment was made to have a cough addressed, pretty sure you can’t listen to a persons lungs through video. Will never go back.
