My PA won't listen to symptoms because of "normal" numbers in testing, I asked for a dosage adjustment because of symptoms, she stated she did not know about me wanting a dosage increase...I sent two messages and spoke to you in person. The correct test was not ran. She then proceeded to tell me there everything is normal and nothing is needed. I asked her to document her refusal on MyChart and she said she didn't deny anything. But ma'am you also won't approve it, so that is a denial. I also asked to know the MD's name that consulted her on my care plan, she has yet to tell me. I have been struggling daily. If you want someone to actually listen to you and not just look at the numbers on your Bronson MyChart seek a better medical professional.
I was charged for a visit over a year later (approximately 1 year and 3 months afterward), including services I am confused about as they’re still open for me to make the lab visit (paying for a visit I never made seems wrong). To make matters worse, the charge was processed on a Saturday, when there is no way to speak with anyone at this location or through Bronson billing to resolve the issue immediately.
I had already stopped coming to this office because I was uncomfortable with the way my concerns and care were handled by the providers I encountered. I did not feel heard regarding my own body or medical concerns, and this billing situation only reinforced that experience.
This is an extremely frustrating and disappointing way to conduct business, especially considering vulnerable patients, including elderly individuals, who may become confused or distressed by delayed or inaccurate billing. Had this happened to my grandmother, I fear I would have written her off as just forgetting to pay. My mind however has shown no signs of forgetfulness, especially when it comes to payment history.
I will be calling Monday to dispute these charges, and seek clarification as to how this could have happened. If the issue is resolved appropriately, I am open to updating this review. However, this experience has seriously further damaged my trust in the 9th Street location.

Some good doctors but you can expect to be charged for services whether you got them or not, and for there to be no recourse. Won’t be back.
Always great service when having appointments there and at the Three Rivers office. They are very helpful and have even helped me when I needed help with paperwork.
