  Elizabeth Everett, NP has great bedside manner. She was so friendly and engaged appropriately with my 3-year-old. She explains things in easy-to-understand language and confirms everything with you, the parent. It's obvious she truly cares for her patients.

  I came here as a referral from my family doctor because I’m having very bad ear infections and still am and the doctor I seen looked in my ear and said I’m going to prescribe you ear drops and that should make everything better. Ma’am don’t you think my family doctor sent me here because you could do more for me then she could she prescribe me the same ear drops you did and they didn’t work that’s why I got sent here. So here I am still 2 months later with ear infections every other week. I had to call around myself to see if I could get in somewhere else for this problem because I know it’s more serious then just ear drops.

  More interested in following protocol for their administration than taking care of a patients critical needs. Trying to get help or answers is like asking for the impossible. Just a merry-go-round of "I can't help you's" They don't seem to understand or care how important hearing is to someone. Jaded at the least. Why are you in this business? It should be to help people when they need it, not refer them around in circles until it's too late to treat them effectively. Dr. Cecilia Prophit, You should be ashamed or maybe get out of the business if you're too proud to help. If saying things like "I probably couldn't do anything for him anyway since it's been more than two days since he's suffered hearing loss" is indicative of the kind of care you would give then it's probably best you don't make time for an appointment. That's OK though, a few phone calls later, I found a Doctor that seemed to care enough to at least see me! They have great ratings too, unlike you! (go figure). Veronica in the referral department was so nice! I believe she did try.
