  Why would you have it in MyChart that the location is in the hospital and to park in the parking ramp if its not even close?? And then refuse to see me because im late but YOU provided the wrong address?? Absolutely ridiculous.

  Doctor West is amazing at what she does. I had the very unfortunate experience of having another ectopic pregnancy this past weekend, resulting in the removal of my last fallopian tube. It was scary, traumatic and very emotional for me, but Doctor West had a lot of empathy and comfort through the situation, which honestly helped me get through the night a lot better. She made me feel like I could trust her, and she did everything she could to try to avoid what happened. Amazing doctor who was extremely kind to me.

  If I could give ZERO I WOULD. Gave me the run around for over an hour about rescheduling an ultrasound appointment they canceled day of! Hung up on me 4 times trying to call back and was transferred to 10 different people. Finally just called borgess to get transferred over there. Will NEVER go to a Bronson location again for any treatment! Very incompetent and unprofessional. Wouldn’t go here if I was dying and needed help asap.

  Honestly I love Bronson but I just don’t even feel like a I matter here at this point especially after talking to the receptionist.

  My first pregnancy and birth went smoothly here, but I’m currently (during covid) pregnant with my second and the staff, meaning nurses, are so careless that they have become DANGEROUS to me and my unborn. When using MyChart you cannot contact your doctor, but random nurses in the system who do not read your chart and simply give generic answers. •I have celiac disease and was told to consume gluten (which would kill my unborn and put me in the ER). •Prenatals are making me sick so had a new one called in, then a nurse overroad the order with the pharmacy to simply give me what was in stock (same thing making me sick!). •Despite changing my address in office and confirming on MyChart, they are still mailing personal information to my address from 5yrs ago. •Despite then calling in a prescription for me twice now at the same location, and changing my preferred pickup on MyChart, the nurses are still calling in prescriptions to the pharmacy I used 5yrs ago. Lack of care and communication. When you complain they use covid as an excuse for things being crazy...IMO if MyChart has all the info about the patient, you should probably read that BEFORE sending a generic response as not all patients and not all pregnancies are the same. At this point I’ve been researching home births, which only cost about 5k whereas the hospital is over 30k....would like a doctor there, but honestly, terrified of the teenagers they’ve hired as “help”.
