  Sitting in a private room for over a hour just to get a lidocaine shot. Boyfriend called for water, told us to wait which is understandable because we just got here. But when he needed to use the bathroom I heard the nurses talking about how he had just called for water and should've asked the doctor. If you are in an emergency, do not come here. No matter the business, time, or day you show up, you'll be here for a minimum of 2 hours

  I went here about a month ago instead of going to South Haven because I thought they were better than south haven but apparently not. Knee pain and couldn’t straighten my knee I’ve been dealing with this for a while. I told them an xray more than likely isn’t going to show anything I asked for an mri they said they had to xray first. I went with it they told me it was a sprain I argued that no it feels like something is out of place or stuck in my knee. They referred me to an orthopedic, an mri was ordered, the results came back and my acl torn completely, my medial and lateral meniscus is torn. Doctors really need to take the time to listen to their patients we know it body better than they do. Also not all of us are there for the “good” pills.

  Do not recommend sat here for 3 hrs today they gave me a shot I started having an allergic reaction or something while I was here and they still sent me home

  Horrible wait time. My gfs seizures are getting worse so we came into the ER, told them her pain is through the roof, muscle spasms are horrible rn for her, while her doctor said next time she has a seizure we go to the emergency room and tell them its gotta be a high priority, weve been waiting 3 hours while tweaker druggies are being seen before her, and they arrived after us, the staff are also very rude and I think pushed out our wait time when I asked twice about how much longer its gonna be after I told them my gfs pain is getting worse
