If this place can't keep a john cleaned and paper towel in a emergency room restroom. How clean are the rooms???? This is disgusting and people should be fired and this was 2 hours and not touched and I reported this to the desk. A cleaner came in and changed the trash, but guess that's cleaning.

Talk about a shitty experience. Sat in waiting room for 6 hrs today w my daughter in serious pain. The bathrooms were DISGUISING!! TRAH all over patients puke bags in the stalls! Zero TP! No soap and no paper towels. I about threw up and I wasn’t even the patient. Told the front desk about the bathroom and he said yeah we’re aware. Others waiting also said they had mentioned to the employee several times I mean come on you have very sick ppl in the ER w no way to wash your hands. So we finally get back to a room where my son in law came and sat another 6 hrs w my daughter. Nurses apologized and left her waiting all that time. I wouldn’t recommend the hospital to my worse enemy. Do better Bronson ER! Eww

What a joke. My mom was admitted for surgery on Monday. She needs assistance with things, so you would think a PCA would do that, right? No. I was asked to come with her to help her. What if she had went alone that morning? That is what they are there for. Anyway, after her surgery she needed to stay the rest of the week because of vitals and make sure passing stools. Well, the PCA that took her to the bathroom didn't even clean her up good. She had a beside commode that she half assed wiped, literally stool still on it so the next time my mom used it there she would be sitting right in it. I have worked in healthcare for 10+years and seeing this from Bronson really upset me. Everyone walking around but doing a whole lot of nothing. Every nurse that came in was literally unpleasant and seemed to be annoyed if I asked a simple question. Friday she was discharged the whole week she was there she never got a shower. You would think after her vitals are good and maybe some wound care they would of given her a shower. But no, not even a rinse on her wound. I should of used the QR codes to leave bad reviews for everyone. Borgess did better. "Be like Borgess" maybe that should be your new slogan.

I was seen today and the er and it was very very busy. Staff handled it very well and contained their composure. I was treated with respect by all staff members . I also had the pleasure of seeing my good friend Joel, who also treated me with good care. Thank you so much everyone

My boyfriend 67yrs old arrived struggling to breath and having pain when inhaling with a high heart rate. They put him on antibiotics and a med for his heart rate, a few hours in they said his hr was better and took him off the hr meds. He went right back into a fib so they scheduled a zap procedure on his heart in which they flat line you to get your hr back to normal. Over night his hr bounced back down so they cancelled the procedure. Over the next few days it went back and forth from normal to a fib randomly bouncing around. They sent him home still in a fib.and discontinued the treatment for his pneumonia With an order to return to work. With his Hr in the 160s with a flutter. We purchased an at home ekg, days later his hr was back in a fib(stroke range) a normal hr is between 60-90,he was between 130-180! They readmitted him, they did the heart zap and his hr was stable, they sent him home.still with a return to work order. In the night he started coughing up massive amounts of blood. And he returned to the e.r. they did a scope on his lung, tested his fecal and urine all negative for anything. He also has stage 4 chronic kidney disease and during this time his efgr(kidney levels) dropped to 17, 15 is renal failure. They realized what him and I had been saying the entire time,he still had pneumonia. They treated his pneumonia and switched around his meds. Somewhere in this time they switched him off his renal diet with is crucial for his kidney condition.so he argued with the cafeteria and they argued back that he was general,so he still ordered a renal meal, yet they didn't give him what he ordered,he recieved a ham egg and cheese sandwich ,he can eat none of the above. At this point he is being discharged thank god. However had they kept him on his hr meds and treated his pneumonia all of this could have been solved in a matter of a week, the zap procedure may not have even been necessary had they treated the cause right away. Now he has to take all kinds of medications regularly. He spent 22days out of 30 in the hospital.half the time he was in a rental emergency room bed.a nurse named Cheryl was extremely rude, he wven felt bad to ask for water or a blanket. I do not trust this hospital nor do I appreciate their lack of compassion or concern for what we kept telling them. We were completely ignored! I wouldn't recommend thus place to anyone!
