  Just got a call from Rachelle or Rochelle. Young lady at front desk. Let me just say it is very unprofessional to talk down to a patient when in fact the questions being asked were legitimate. Secondly your office dropped the ball on my first round of prescription medication and this girl wants to talk to me like I am stupid. The prescription was sent in in December. Your office recieves the denial letter from insurance. Customer service training is definitely needed here.

  Dave beard genuinely made me feel like my buddy walked through the door ready to fix my problems. He is extremely welcoming and helpful. You feel right at home and he will make sure u go home healthy. When you dont have your back, he will. I recommend 10/10. Definitely left with a smile and a new friend.
