  The customer service has really tanked over the years. Earlier this year I needed a form filled out and specifically requested it be sent back to me NOT faxed. The short story was I told they could email, then told they couldn't (despite all my other family members getting it via email) after a month of this - it was in fact sent to me but I also learned it had been faxed the day after I asked that it not be faxed. This caused a lapse in my coverage. Last week I called for a prescription refill. This week my pharmacy said they still hadn't gotten it. I sent a message through mychart regarding prescription refills and through the message area (because at this point, I spend more time documenting asking for care than actually receiving it) only to be told that they can only refill when I request (not my pharmacy). I did response back that I had called this request in earlier in the week/last week. My provider is amazing but based on these incidents and a few other issues, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

  I have been going to this location / doctor for almost 15 years. Used to be great and I would have recommended it to everyone. Support staff is terrible, as well as communication as a whole. Rude - was put on "hold" but they forgot to hit the button and I got to her all about the receptionist weekend. I requested documentation a month and 15 days ago for my employer. I finally called to be told they can't email (which they sent my significant others via email directly to me in the same week). Also in January I was told to do a number of labs, tests, and consultations before moving forward on my health journey (please note I'm a very simple patient- no medical issues previously). Everything was completed in March and there is still no plan and no communication on the next steps despite repeated calls (unreturned) and multiple my chart messages. Update- to the below message from Bronson - if you even read my review thoroughly you would note that I have called repeatedly with no response (including some customer experience #).

  Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Person who answered was rude and she was also incorrect with the information she gave me.
