So far so good. You get out of your body what you put into it. Doctors and hospitals aren't there to direct your life and should be used to 'fix you' when you refuse to live a properly healthy life. I haven't had one problem here, not one negative experience. I'm not a problem when I come here. I don't blame them for any issues I may bring on myself. They are accurate, on time, and communicative.

Front office staff is completely incompetent. They don't understand HIPAA rules, they go against what their own doctors have instructed in making appointments and have to be superseded by the clinical staff. We used to see Justice and he is as incompetent as the front desk staff. He likes to see patients that he can manipulate, and does not listen to anyone whom may be seeing a specialty provider for some of their issues. Contrary to his reviews, he is very subpar.

My doctor and the staff at this practice have always been incredibly professional and courteous. My doctor has gone above and beyond to understand my health conditions and find the best treatments possible. I have always felt welcome and valued at this practice.

This practice was great for years until recently. There is a complete lack of communication between staff members about policies and procedures. My whole chart was mistakenly given to another patient and I received hers after a visit. It is difficult to get a same-day appointment or even anything within the week. My last visit was required by a new physician for a medication check and she then refused to refill the prescription that I had been taking for several years and wanted to put me on something else. I was misled then billed for the visit without getting the care that I needed. On a separate occasion, I was given another patient's chart by mistake upon checking out at the billing desk. When I asked what happened to my own records, they were unable to locate them meaning that they very well may have been given to someone else. On a third occasion, I took time off of work and scheduled a follow-up visit after being seen by urgent care. It wasn't until I had already been checked in and put in an exam room that they told me that they would not see me because I had been to a different practice in the past. I ended up in the emergency room to be seen that day. I find all of this to be unacceptable and will be changing practices.
