  Appointment only now. After fasting this was really disappointing. Walked in to an empty waiting room and 3 Bronson staff members doing nothing but standing around and laughing. Turned me away. Recommend Bronson update their website and send notifications on Mychart that it’s appointment only. For years it has been walk in.

  I have always had a good lab experience here. I used to have terrible experiences at other blood draw labs through a different hospital network,, but never here. Every visit has been very quick in and out.

  Lab work, fast and friendly, if you need to get poked by a needle....this is the BEST place to do it!!! They have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond!

  Not to Happy you have to make apt for a blood draw lady at front desk was rude about it i loved going there before work when I had fast and she made me make an appointment to come back and later that day. And then they still screwed up. They didn't do all the blood work they were supposed to

  This lab is by appointment only! It Would have been nice to know that before I waited 10mins in the parking lot this morning. Nothing stating this on the door, apparently it's been this way since February. Not sure who's running the show, but you're not considered open in my opinion if I need an appointment.
