  The jackson office took care of our needs with my mom for over a year and even though there were hiccups along the way , they did there best to keep us informed and worked well with our entire family, I would recommend them as #1 in Jackson for this service.

  So far I've only seen a couple of nurses that actually seem to know what they're doing, and now I just find out that you guys are raising your rates again to $100 per visit they spend $10 to 15 minutes in the house and you want to charge that much so far the house that they go to one nurse has made the copying machine her personal go to for her own personal business and schooling another nurse didn't know how to do something and she didn't want to wait for the head nurse to call her back to give her instructions and so this woman being very very fragile had to get up out of the house and go 20 mi away to her doctor for a simple blood draw. The client buys them very nice gifts on Valentine's and Christmas and only one nurse I have ever seen take her time and do a thorough job and because of the price increase the client now has to cancel her nighttime visits shame on you

  I don't think they have enough employees. It's difficult to schedule one and most were lazy, barely cleaning up after themselves. On the plus side, no one died.
