I love all the techs at this pharmacy. I don't have medication coverage, and they always go the extra mile to get me deals and discounts, and even look up generic brands for better prices. They are cheerful, professional, and can only help clients within their scope of practice. All of us patients/clients need to be on top of our own records and communication with our doctors... Pharmacists cannot read minds, and insurance companies want to save their own money. Please be kind to the staff !!

I have been treated very well coming from cvs to Kroger. They have been really good about some of my prescriptions being difficult to acquire and have always tried to do everything they can to accommodate me. Kind of surprised to see so many people with negative reviews about this Kroger.

I had my prescription automatically transferred to this pharmacy from the Rite Aid in Howell because it closed down. I called to get it refilled as I still had two refills left on the prescription and I was told there were no more refills on it and was told I need to contact the vet to get it refilled. Confused I went and checked the bottle after hanging up the phone and saw that the prescription did indeed have two refills left. I called back to let the pharmacy know this and the younger sounding woman on the phone took on a hostile tone and stated, “They must have transferred it wrong and it’s not our fault.” And I stated to her, “I am not saying it is your fault. I am just telling you what the bottle says. Can I just get the prescription transferred back to a Rite Aid?” To which she responded, “No you can’t get it transferred back. They are closed and have been for awhile.” Again with the same attitude she exhibited earlier. I responded with, “I know they are closed. I am talking about moving it to another Rite Aid that is still open.” To which she responds, “Yes but you have to have them call us.” And I said, “Okay will do. There was no need to have an attitude with me. I was not rude to you or accusatory and I don’t appreciate it.” And then we ended the interaction. I understand that it must be difficult and frustrating dealing with absorbing another pharmacy’s prescriptions and all the confusion that comes with it for your customers and having to deal with that day in and day out during the transition faze. But it doesn’t help anything for either the pharmacy techs or the customer if you immediately become hostile and defensive when all I’m trying to do is ask the necessary questions to ascertain next steps on how to get my cat’s medication refilled that she needs to live. All it does is create an unnecessarily stressful and hostile interaction. Especially since I was not trying to accuse Kroger Pharmacy staff of botching up the script I was just trying to provide them an update with the correct information in order to move forward with filling my cat’s prescription in a timely fashion before it runs out. I was at the beginning thinking I would just keep my prescription there and give them my business but now have decided to just stick with Rite Aid. Who by the way when I called to have the prescription moved over was perfectly pleasant and helpful. So for those of you who have had your prescriptions transferred over I would recommend for your sake to transfer them back out again even if you have to drive a little bit further to pick up your prescriptions. Save yourself the grief of dealing with hostile, rude, dismissive, and accusatory people.

I want to hop on here and say what a great job lately these wonderful pharmacist have been doing! Seriously I want everyone to know that they have always been hard working and work fast to try to get everything ready for alot of people. There was a time they were having so much troubles. Long hours lack of help, and delays but they were always kind and curious even if they were having a long day. I respect these men and woman as I too know what it's like and feel for you. This isn't a sympathy post but a actually acknowledgment that they have really turned it around and are great and happy to have them as my pharmacy! Cheers to you and keep up the amazing and wonderful work! 👍1❤😊

If you like getting your medications on time, take your prescription elsewhere. You’ll never receive it here.
