StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Grosse Pointe offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I knew I had some very tight muscles, but felt safe in their strap/fastening system and in the young man stretching me. He was very knowledgeable and gentle. I felt so good, relaxed, and limber when I left.

It was very difficult to make an appointment unless it was over a week later. I attempted to cancel my membership and was told I would have to pay for the next month even though at the time I signed up I was told that they would be flexible.
