StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Grosse Pointe offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- TTT5 days ago1.0I’d like to see the website and learn about the staff and services and prices but I can’t unless I fill out personal info and sign up first. That’s enough to keep me away.

I knew I had some very tight muscles, but felt safe in their strap/fastening system and in the young man stretching me. He was very knowledgeable and gentle. I felt so good, relaxed, and limber when I left.

It was very difficult to make an appointment unless it was over a week later. I attempted to cancel my membership and was told I would have to pay for the next month even though at the time I signed up I was told that they would be flexible.

I felt a deep stretching in all the areas I needed to and they were able to guide me through the movements to keep it at my comfort level. Not only was it a great session, but I also felt like I learned where my weak points are and what I can work on.

I explained my situation clearly, but there was no willingness to help or make it right. Being charged after cancellation is frustrating enough, but the lack of empathy and customer service made it even worse. Furthermore, my technician was high several times during my appointments. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Be very careful if you sign up here.
