- JOJon O'nealAug 26, 20262.0The eye exam itself was okay. Initial part the woman was kind of quiet and wasnt very transparent or communicative. I'm like "the farmer in the er" i grew up without insurance.. I ask a lot of questions get over it youll get back to your phone soon enough... Anyway the Doc was cool, a little too cool. An ounce more nonchalance and hes gonna float away, but he was the best part. The sales though.. The worst. Super rushed and no transperency. Quoting with warrenties and upgrades already added no questions. Doing everything on tablet, iphone and postit note silently mumbling numbers and scribbling away. Someone "no call no showed" apparently... Idk why that came up, bad sogn pay your people.. I dont know i feel so ripped off i might try for a return. Oh plus everything online talks about 2 day or next day turnaround and i have to wait 7-10 days for coatings... Idk I think the ol eye exam and ze nni combo might be the way. AND I almost forgot the WORST seating just old busted, discolored swivels and ONE 3ish seater couch in the back for like 3 or four exam rooms.. I felt good with my new fancy job and just wanted to go to the more "premium" store.. As usual, total rip-off.
