Check in was quick & easy along with all the pretests. Dr. Megan Cruce explained more to me in the short time I was there than any of my previous eye doctors have. When it came time to pick out glasses and order contacts the gentleman that I worked with (can't remember his name) was kind & courteous and help me find a new pair of frames, as I was carrying around 8 different ones I liked. He explained all the lens options and what he felt was the best fit for me and why. Definitely a 10/10 and even though I currently live in Traverse City I will go back to this location.
