- ASAnja SmithJun 12, 20261.03 weeks ago I had my eye exam, and picked out glasses. The lady who worked with me on this, marked the glasses and took down my insurance information. I have dual insurance and she seemed annoyed because it would cause her to contact the insurance companies, which she wasn't fond of doing. Today I called and was informed that there is no order, no paperwork, no anything of my eyeglass order. She just dismissed the order because it made her more work, even though it is her job. Absolutely horrible service. They also did not acknowledge my secondary insurance towards the co-pay of the eye exam, and I am not getting reimbursed for that.
