We made a phone call & Lauren got us in right away . She is very personable & makes you feel like you've known her for quite awhile. She fixed dad's hearing aid & he was very happy. - SHscott harrisJan 11, 20195.0The staff are great! The Bluetooth technology is such a pleasure to use. I tap the back of tha aid and bam I’m listening to my tv. No more cranking the tv so loud that others complain. I like how it has different modes for the places I go. The restaurant mode drops off all that background noise so I can hear the conversation at my table. I like how you can fine tune the treble and bass myself. You can adjust the volume right on the phone and talking on the phone is so nice to have it connect directly to the aid. I no longer have to use two hands ,one to hold the phone and the other to cover the other ear. Using google maps in the car is great . It also goes directly to the aid. No more missing turns because someone is talking in the car. All in all these hearing aids have made my life a lot simpler and enjoyable .
