  I absolutely love Club Pilates. The staff & atmosphere is so welcoming & the classes are very therapeutic! You can even try a free class. I’m positive you will want to join.

  Amazing place to be. Very supportive and welcoming environment. Pilates has felt like something good I do for my body versus punishing it with unenjoyable workouts

  The instructors are all super nice and helpful! They are accommodating to any existing injuries, and they give good feedback on how to improve your form. The studio itself is also very cool, with nice equipment and a relaxing atmosphere.

  I recently started classes at Club Pilates and have noticed a difference in my overall strength. I’ve attended classes with 3 different instructors and found each one had a little different routine which made it exciting. The only improvement is the monthly class membership. I wish there were more classes available in each level.

  I started at grandville club Pilates about 3 months ago. When I joined I was in a really tough spot, struggling for years with debilitating tension headaches. I’ve worked with my pcp, naturopath, chiropractor and even my dentist to treat tmj thinking that may be the culprit but no luck. On top of all of that I’ve thrown myself at any and alllll possible solutions to reduce stress and tension in my neck and shoulders yet still somehow found myself with a severe headache almost weekly taking me out for days. I came to Pilates on a whim as a last ditch effort thinking maybe if I could strengthen my core I could help my back and take tension out of my neck? Idk. LET ME TELL YOU IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE😭 The day I started I was weaning off a headache I was talking to Jennifer, one of the instructors about what I was dealing with, and she immediately took me under her wing and wanted to do anything she could help me heal, and that has not changed since the day I started🫶 I am happy to report I have only had TWO mild headaches since starting. My core is stronger, my posture is better and my nervous system has totally relaxed all of that combined helped take the tension out of my neck. All of the instructors are incredible and have been so helpful. I would tell anyone struggling with something similar to give Pilates a try I’m hooked! Worth evvvvvery penny 🙏🙏🙏
