- RTRight On TrackJan 9, 20262.0This place is falling apart. Office "manager" Kristina couldn't manage lemmings off a cliff. Technical/trouble-shooting abilities are as bad as her customer-service skills. Multiple email messages to Dr. Hurley's office go unreturned, unacknowledged, zero reply back. They'll sneakily reschedule your appointment times without permission, explanation, or even a token apology, and think this is normal business practice. It's not Kristina - this arrogance is as discourteous as it is delusional. I'm considering making a complaint to the state regulatory agencies (plus BBB & AG's office) if my old dental records are not transferred to my new dentist quickly. I first started going to Dr. Hurley up in Greenville more than a decade ago, and was very happy with his dental care. But unfortunately this poorly-run GR office is going downhill, and I'd be surprised if they're still around next year.

A ROOT CANAL FAILED IN LESS THAN A YEAR, WHICH HAS LEAD TO AN INFECTION AND IMMENSE PAIN Hurley couldn't be bothered to rectify it, let alone even apologize for his incompetence.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr Hurley and his staff. If possible I would have given them 10 stars.
