  Don’t go here and let them rob your money. 5 minutes talk with the doctor cost $470 even after the insurance!! Wow, what type of service cost nearly $94 per minute? It was my first time visiting this office, and I would not be willing to return again. I waited for 30 minutes, yet the nasal doctor spoke with me for no more than five minutes. During that brief visit, he did not provide any essential information or meaningful insights regarding my allergy concerns. As a result, I requested an allergy test. Approximately two weeks later, I received a huge bill stating that a procedure had been performed during my visit. Excuse me? A procedure completed in five minutes? The total charge for this extremely short visit was around $470(the amount I need to copay) even after insurance. It is difficult to understand how such a limited interaction could justify a cost equivalent to nearly $94 per minute, especially when no essential information or clear treatment guidance was provided. First, the doctor should have informed me in advance about the cost of such an expensive test and allowed me to decide whether I wanted to proceed. Second, the necessity of the test and its connection to any meaningful next steps in treatment should have been clearly explained. Neither of these occurred during my visit.

  I lost half my hearing in my right ear because of this place. It took over two months to get in and once I saw the doc he told me that if I had seen him within a week he could have given me a steroid shot. Doc, I’ve been trying to get in for two months, and now I’ve lost my hearing because your admin staff royally screwed up.
