Emma, Azriah, Dusty, and Yamilet were great everyone was so nice and willing to help with any question I had. The exam went well Dr. Hunt was very nice and then Emma helped me choose my frame and pick out lenses she was great. Overall everyone was great I was very pleased with my experience.

Emma, Azriah, and Dusty are amazing here! They were very funny and knowledgable. The atmosphere was very different compared to most optical places. I will be recommending to everyone I know who needs glasses. Dusty wouldn't stop talking about the Meta glasses and how many videos he takes of his chickens. I will be purchasing a pair of meta glasses for myself next time I'm there!

This place is terrible, especially Dr. Miller. She approved two separate prescriptions that were DIFFERENT without notifying me.
This caused severe vertigo because I had to transition to new lenses FIVE times with Lenscrafter. I’m now going to another optometrist for a second opinion after two months of terrible eye care.
This place is careless and only wants to sell glasses, they do not provide adequate standards of care.
I’ve contacted LensCrafter through their customer service care form (& they NEVER respond).
I’ve escalated to my Vision insurance, American Express consumer protection, and the Michigan board of optometry.
STAY AWAY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I was completely satisfied with the Optician as well as all of the staff who assisted me during my exam and choosing my glasses! Everyone was extremely professional and helpful! All my questions were answered in a satisfactory manner. I would highly recommend going to Lens Crafters for both an exam and to purchase your next pair of glasses!🤓 thank you all!

This location is literally the worst. At the beginning of the year I was seen for an eye exam and ordered new glasses. The guy who helped with the glasses order put the wrong prescription in my glasses - that wasn’t even my prescription - it was my husband’s. Furthermore, he put a prescription from 2022 into my husband’s glasses order. After waiting another 10 days when my glasses were reordered, they were incorrect and missing a piece in the glasses. Shocker, I was told the same employee who messed up the order had assembled my new glasses lenses.
Fast forward to today (5/6/26) and another less than stellar experience. We walked in to ask a simple question about ordering lenses for some non-prescription Meta glasses we had purchased, but stood by the front counter for over 20-30 minutes and were never even acknowledged. There is either a serious staffing issue here or the employees have no multitasking skills to even acknowledge others that come in while helping. Literally, the one girl walked right past us several times without a word.
I will definitely talk to corporate about these ongoing challenges and discontinue shopping with LensCrafters as a result. I have an online order coming in that is supposed to be delivered soon and that will be the last one. Also, don’t even bother calling - they never answer and then receive a message that your call will be returned based on the number calling from - yet it is not returned timely (sometimes upward of three days I waited).
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
