  My family has been using LensCrafters for years now. They are the absolute best! I always get high quality service, high quality support, and high quality glasses when I shop there. Their staff is totally awesome! Shout out to Emma O. and Yamilet R. They really went above and beyond helping me and my two kids get a great deal on glasses. They are both total professionals and fun to work with.

  Worst experience imaginable—medical incompetence, terrible selection, and predatory policies. After paying $200 out of pocket (even with insurance and discounts) for a surprisingly dismal frame selection, the glasses weren't working. They caused me eye strain and a migraine that still has yet to fully go away the day after returning the glasses. I decided to go to America’s Best to get a proper exam since I’ve gone there twice before, where they confirmed LensCrafters completely botched my prescription. America’s Best got my vision right immediately and provided two incredible pairs for $282 total without even touching my insurance. When I returned to LensCrafters for a full refund due to THEIR mistake, the guy at the register refused to refund my exam co-pay, telling me to deal with insurance myself. To make matters worse, they claimed they couldn't process an in-store refund for the $200 frames because they “don’t carry cash in store” (what store doesn’t have cash?), forcing a 30-day wait for a paper check to be mailed to me while locking up my vision benefits for two entire months. So I can’t even have America’s Best attempt to use them to adjust the price of my glasses there. They mess up your medical care, refuse accountability, and hold your money hostage. Avoid this location at all costs and take your business somewhere that actually values patient care like America’s Best.
