My right hearing aid malfunctioned and wouldn't charge. I tried charging it on the left hand side, but it didn't work. I contacted AudioNova office. They were able to get me in the same day. She checked the hearing aid and determined that it had to be sent back to the mfg. She explained my options and the costs so I could make a informed decision.

The hearing specialist was very accommodating and expert. He made sure my insurance was ready for me to replace my current hearing aids. He discovered that my insurance would not cover new hearing aids until next month, so he adjusted my current aids to carry me over until then. He saved me a very expensive surprise while improving my current hearing aids' effectiveness!
