This is the 1st time in my life I have been successful and have not given up on myself. The support from the staff is incredible but you have to follow the program it truly works. You show up for yourself everyday and follow the meal plan add in walking and little exercise and watch the transformation happen. I have days where life happens and my meal plan was ignored but I did not give up myself. Everyday is a new day to make it successful. The biggest reason I have continued on this path is because of me. Realizing that I can control me and it starts with me was the hardest thing to learn and accept. Medi-Weightloss staff has helped make me proud of myself! Thank you for creating a real plan that is obtainable!
