- SSShellyAug 3, 20261.0Not very welcoming for a first time visit. My granddaughter was scared to go back to the room. The hygienist was no help. The ladies at the front desk were making faces. And the people in the waiting room were staring as we tried to get her to go back. I was uncomfortable myself. We Thought since this was a pediatric dentist they would be good with kids. Then we noticed after the children get their teeth cleaned they come out to the waiting room and discuss things with the parent for others in the waiting room to hear. Parents aren’t aloud to go back with their children.
