She is very helpful when she explains certain moves and is very kind when helping you adjust or correct a move if you happen to be doing it incorrectly. I also enjoy that she is always incorporating new moves for us to try, which I love. I never feel like I am taking the same class twice with her!

Leslie was so kind and helpful and the people there were super friendly with it being my first time! It was a rough workout and I’ve been a cross fitter for the last 4 years! Will definitely be back!
