  Very disappointing experience. On two separate appointments, I was left waiting for about an hour before being seen. I understand that offices can get busy, but having to wait that long repeatedly is frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. If the office is running significantly behind schedule, patients should at least be informed. I expected much better organization and communication from a dental office.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Did an emergency root canal on my mother and then let her know after the fact that her insurance was not accepted there and it will be over $1000. That is not ok and we will never use then again. How terrible to give an elderly person a huge bill instead of explaining first.

  I can’t say enough good things about Hider Family Dentistry! From the friendly, professional front desk staff to the outstanding care I receive every visit, this office truly puts patients first. My hygienist, Kathy, is exceptional—experienced, thorough, and a pleasure to see. Dr. Bazzy is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. Best of all, his numbing shots really don’t hurt! I also had the opportunity to see Dr. Hider and was equally impressed by his expertise. I’m over 50 and have been to many dentists over the years. Hider Family Dentistry is one of the best. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care. 10 stars

  This office did the job, but I switched dentists because I moved away, and they told me that my previous dentist (i.e. from this dentistry) filled my cavities improperly. This creates little bacteria pockets where the bacteria can flourish, causing more cavities. Now I have to get more fillings because the ones I got here were not done properly. I had been going here for nearly a decade, and now I am moving my entire family out of this dentistry. It's a shame.
