- NBNana BlackApr 13, 20261.0We purchased hearing aids for my elderly mom, Fall '23. She was 93, at that time, with Dementia! We decided to finance them, due to the High cost! We were Told that payments would stop upon her death! So that was a Huge reason, we financed! So my Mom passed on March 29th. I called Miracle Ear to inform them. They said I'd have to contact Power Pay! I contact them, they say your name is on the form! I said she had dementia & I took care of her affairs, for "6" years, she wasn't able! I'm Sure I'm Not the Only person taking care of a elderly's affairs! I asked why No one told me to put her name on the form!? She was gonna let her supervisor know the situation! But that I was still responsible! That I should talk to Miracle Ear! Someone should be held Accountable, for Neglecting to tell me to put Mom's name on it or payments Won't stop!! Like Why would I do that knowing this!?? Besides mourning my Moms passing, this has been Devastating news to our family! (as she didn't have much!) We were Mislead that day, Big time! No One wants to be accountable!! Period
