  I've been going to see Bridget at the Miracle Ear location in Farmington on Nine Mile and Farmington Road and she's the only one I will go to because she is so knowledgeable and she is always ready to help you with your hearing it is always a good experience when I go there plus your hearing test is free. If you want to keep your hearing and want to hear people when they're talking to you I would highly recommend for you to go see Bridget. I've tried other hearing aids but none of them compared to Miracle Ear mine are IC in the canal and they're hardly noticeable at all and they have great sound and very comfortable in my ears. Once again call Miracle Ear in Farmington and make an appointment to go see Bridget. And don't be buying those so-called hearing aids off the internet, they are just Fly by Night outfits and they don't fit your ear very well I know from experience to get a true hearing aid you have to have a mold made of your ear and that's what Bridget does at Miracle-Ear

  I write to share the excellent customer service my mother, Cheryl, received from Jeremy Heyler provided. My elderly mother was in the processing of moving out of her family home and into another residence. Unfortunately, during the moving process her hearing aid charger disappeared, along with a few other electronic devices. Being almost certain that the hearing aid charger was now in a box being stored for a few weeks, we visited the Livonia Beltone Hearing Aid Center. I had long heard about "Jeremy" and what great care he has taken of my mother during her quarterly visits. Well, I was able to experience first hand Jeremy's exceptional customer service when he offered to provide my mom a temporary charger for a few weeks. I should also note that he squeezed us into his busy schedule and gave my mother a quick refresher on how to properly place the hearing aid device around and in her ear, and cleaned them. We are so very grateful for Jeremy taking the time to meet with us and, on top of that, offering up temporary use of a charger. My mother and I highly recommend the Livonia Beltone office and, particularly Jeremy Heyler! Our experiences with Lisa and the others in the office were likewise fantastic!

  I've worn hearing aids for more than 30 years and this is the very best experience I've ever had -- barring none! The people there really care. They're not there to just sell hearing aids. They are there to help you hear better. They want you satisfied and do everything possible to make that happen! They are so friendly and put you at ease immediately and through your entire experience! The owner is great, too . . . he offers his help, too. He's more than an owner; he stays on top of the technology, and you can tell he really enjoys everything about the product and everything he does! You can't help liking and appreciating them all!
