- LPLindsay PetersonAug 28, 20262.0Dr. Khan herself is very kind, compassionate, and pleasant to talk to, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently impacted by the fact that she has never been on time for an appointment. At my most recent appointments, she has been seeing another patient even after my scheduled appointment time had already passed. On one occasion, she was just taking another patient back at five minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. I completely understand that appointments can run over and that unexpected things happen, especially in healthcare. What has been frustrating is that the lateness has been consistent and has never really been acknowledged. I like the doctor and think she is genuinely kind, which makes it difficult to leave a negative review. However, respecting patients' time and communicating when there is a significant delay is important, and I hope this is something the office can improve.
