They have good products, but the staff can be very difficult and rude depending on who’s working there. I sometimes go there when needed and I just made a stop today to get some whey protein powder. Dalas was working the counter and he gave me a hard time for always coming into the store to get one or two things and not be a part of their high-tier membership program. Mind you, I only go there when necessary and I get most of my supplements online. Not to mention the fact that I’m already a member and even though it’s not the highest tier, I’m satisfied with what I have. But not for Dalas; he made endless snide comments about not signing up to get another product for free and “not having enough room in my fridge” for any other products. He just kept making an ass out of me for just getting one thing in the store. It got so bad that he held up the line behind me and didn’t scan the powder yet. To say it was immature, would be putting it lightly. I was honestly embarrassed. Especially considering that there were other customers present at that time. Not cool. All I wanted was some protein powder and I got a bunch of needless jabs.

My biggest issue is the store is never open during the hours it says it’s open. Listed as 9am on Fridays and it’s 9:10am and there is no one here….

I have been coming to this location for over a year now. Dalas, Hughe, and Alison have been absolutely brilliant. They have been on point with friendly banter and assisting my fitness goals.

really nice service! the gal at the front was super helpful. they had the energy drink and protein bars i was looking for. they were running a great discount deal too. however, the appearance and ambiance of the store leaves a bit to be desired.
