Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I'm a huge fan of this Barre studio and so many of the instructors! Not only do the instructors put together workouts that allow you to push yourself, but they give plenty of modifications so everybody can be included. They also are great at checking in on people throughout the class and seeing how everyone is doing!

After years of at-home workouts, I was hesitant and intimidated to join a studio. But Barre3 has the perfect approach to women’s health, fitness and community. From Michelle down to all the instructors, to the women who show up every day and support each other, I’m so impressed this place exists! With different kinds of classes at all times of day, Barre3 has so much of what we’re all looking for, and in an inclusive and wonderful space. So happy to have found it!
