- MBMichelle BurnsFeb 23, 20261.0No one seems to be manning the telephones nor do they return messages. 3 have been left 5 days after dropping off hearing aides to be repaired. 2/13-2/23 & no response of any kind. A simple call back with an update is what has been requested and nothing provided. At least let us know when they were sent out. No back ups and hearing is bad with the sides.
