  My family loves the 8 mile location. Super attentive, patient and thorough. You get everything explained and not rushed no matter the question. Also they offer payment plans for everything so if you need cosmetic dental or orthodontic services it’s possible for anyone. Highly recommend ❤️

  The worst experience ever. My appointment was at 9am I got there at 8:55am. The greeting from the man at the counter was a dry “good morning” and everyone else behind the counter just looking with no warm welcome not even a smile on their face. I sat there for 20+ mins with no explanation on why my appointment was delayed and when my partner decides to come in and wait for his 9:30am appointment the man at the counter greets him by name and says good morning and asks for him to sign in while sparking up conversation as if he’s been a regular for years. Mind you, my partner only been there once so he was confused on why he was being so extra “chummy”. I've been there 4 times and no one ever addressed me by first name so the treatment is selective and they show major favoritism. I don’t know what his problem is with me specifically but it was very uncomfortable the entire time I was sitting waiting for my appointment. when my partner asks him why I haven’t been seen yet, he changed his entire vibe and went cold and stated to him that it was a delay for my appointment. Why couldn’t he communicate that with me? Very performative and apathetic. I decided to walk out because they completely inconvenienced me and they had no consideration of my time. No one addressed me specifically and said anything about why my appointment was delayed. And that’s very unprofessional 2. There were three people who came in after me who were seen within a matter of 5 mins and 3. Favoritism. They’re nice on the first visit but after a few visits that customer service and professionalism goes right out the window. This is my last time stepping foot in this establishment.

  My Son had a dentist Appointment at 11:30am we did not get to the back til after 12:30pm took a while before the doctor came in to do his cleaning the service is so Slow we still waiting for someone to come in to talk about the visit so we can go didn't leave u til 2pm the service is slow you will be waiting for at least a hour before doctor come in the room...

  Wow - that's my reaction to how awful this place is. Do not trust them with your teeth. They completely missed a large infection and cracks in my molar. They went ahead and drilled and filled the tooth and this of course caused much worse pain. I went back and they AGAIN overlooked the infection, insisting their work was fine.. Later went to an emergency dentist who told me there was no saving the tooth, the infection could become septic and it was pulled. Wow took my money and caused me nothing but agony..

  Both of the doctors and the dental staff were amazing with the exception of Tawana not only did she interrupt our appointment when the doctor was speaking to us coming in really really loud. Then after we were on time for our appointment told us that we would be unable to do The extractions that brought us to their office because they close at three so they kind of prioritize their time over the time of patience and then was really rude about getting us in when we were the ones who were already inconvenienced. We rescheduled the appointment within after I was telling my mom about the interaction she even stated that she wouldn’t go back and she would probably find somewhere else which is what we ended up deciding to do. Not only that, but because Tawana was just such a rush to not prioritize payments and I guess her trying to make sure that she could be there for free before 11 or whatever it is they didn’t give us our bag or anything that they do when we get a Cleaning which they told my sister she needed it once we got there which we are totally fine with because they never told us that they went to do the extraction they actually said they would be able to do both in terms of cleanliness. The office is super clean and ask someone that has OCD their office is someone who has OCD‘s dream because they are consistently changing their gloves and cleaning their hands and making sure they are fully sanitized before seeing the next person so there’s that we were actually excited about moving the whole family to their practice, but after dealing with Tawana, we won’t be back, just simply because she was really really rude and really unprofessional, and that someone that I can patronize If in the future she no longer works for their business office we would definitely be back but not a moment until then
