  I got two crowns here. They say they’re cosmetic dentistry but that’s false. The crown in the front is super short and when I said something I was told oh it can’t have pressure on it. Sorry no one told you. They didn’t even show me before permanently glueing the crown on. Now tell me why they did my back crown that is supposed to be able to handle pressure and once again didn’t ask how it felt didn’t check bite or anything and permanently glued it on and it doesn’t even freaking touch not to mention it’s sharp feeling on the inside. They also were so rough in my mouth that it was completely cut up inside and it took over a week for my mouth to not hurt anymore.

  Dr. Karana and his assistant Shanique were awesome. They listen and treatment me with care and i barely felt the teeth pulling and numbing. Had a great experience and definitely coming back

  I will never ever return to Wow dental due to the fact that they did the work in my mouth almost 6 months ago and I am still having pain. First the lady dentist that I had was very unprofessional. On my first visit is when they did my x-rays and did went over the plan for my treatment. The second visit is when she pulled my teeth but while doing it she cut my lip and t was talking about personal stuff with her assistant. I did not realize she cut my lip ununtil I got home. Like a fool I went back because I had prepaid for the work needed. So, I went back to my 3rd appointment where she came in did not say anything about anything put that thing in your mouth that holds it open and as soon as she put the drill in my mouth the personal talk started again and she didn't stop talking until she cut the inside of my mouth. She left the room and her assistant kept working on me trying to get the bleeding stopped. Not to mention she did not advise that she was going forward with the root canal that I expressed I didn't really want one and she said that she would have to look to see if I needed it. While working in my mouth it felt like she jabbed a hot poker or something up in my gums all I could do was throw my hand up and she never said a word to me but had no problem talking to her assistant about her personal life. Back to after she cut me she finally came back in the room her assistant told her she got my bleeding to stop. All she did was turned to me and said she sent antibiotics and motrin to my pharmacy. She never apologized or even told me what she did. Her assistant said just gargle with warm salt water and that should help heal the cut. She said the dentist cut you. My face ended up swelling up and I ended up with a black eye and was in a lot of pain. Before I went for my next appointment I called and requested a different dentist and the manager asked why and I explained what happened on my second visit. The manager advised that this should not have happened and that it was unacceptable and assigned me to a new dentist. Even when I went back I stll had swelling and a black eye. I went in I got one of the owners he was nice enough. He explained everything that he was doing to me while he was doing it. After I was fitted for my crowns I waited for them. Someone else came to put my crowns in but somehow they used to much cement or what ever it is they used because I was in a lot of pain. So when I went back for my partial I expressed that I was in pain and it felt like a heart beat was in my mouth. This guy took a look and he is the one that told me it was excess cement and he went to digging and scraping trying to get it off and then told me to gargle with warm salt water for about 2 weeks and it should be ok. We'll I did that and here we are almost 6 months later still having pain and I can feel my tooth when I blew my nose. Really weird 😕. I am done I refuse to go back there again. I should have known because on one of my visits it was another lady in the lobby at the front desk crying about work she had done and was on pain saying she has not been able to eat for I believe she said a week. Sorry this was long but it was a lot and I just gave some of what happened.
