  I had such a great experience! Mary-Liz and Olivia were so welcoming and friendly. I can’t say how much of an impact this has on the experience. It was my first time so, I was a little nervous going in, but I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. The workout itself was amazing, definitely challenging, but in the best way! I felt like I was really pushing myself without feeling overwhelmed. The best part is how wonderful I felt afterward. I left feeling energized and looking forward to coming back!

  Attended my first class as a guest, and all my expectations were blown out of the water. Stephanie was attentive and made sure I had proper form. I highly recommend!

  Great workout with friendly instructors who help you work at your own fitness level. Also good communication regarding membership options.
