  I genuinely look forward to my appointments with Dr. Nick because he and his team create such a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment. From the moment I arrive, the staff is friendly, attentive, and reassuring, making every visit feel relaxed and personal. Dr. Nick consistently goes above and beyond to check on my comfort, explain what to expect, and make sure I feel cared for throughout the entire process. His team provides excellent dental care while treating patients with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. I’m very pleased with the work they’ve done for my teeth and appreciate how consistently positive they make each appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and his team to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate, and attentive dental care! 🦷✨

  The absolute best! DiPilla’s team takes the best care of your smile everyone is so friendly and caring Cleanings are extremely thorough, Dr. Ramos made my wisdom teeth extractions easy & painless and my veneers receive endless compliments!!!

  I’ve been going to DiPilla Dentistry of Detroit for a couple years now but have decided to stop being a patient here after a series of unfortunate experiences with this location. It all started when my semi-annual cleaning was rescheduled twice and the communication was fragmented. It was unclear to me why it was so difficult to schedule something like a simple dental cleaning especially when I had booked it so far in advance initially. Once I actually attended the cleaning this past Friday, overall the experience with the front office staff and the hygienist was good. But then the dentist Dr. Kevin Ramos looked at my teeth and diagnosed me with two cavities. I’ve never had a cavity in my life so I was pretty shocked but agreed to their treatment plan to get fillings because I wanted to do what’s right for my teeth. Overall, it felt like I was being processed and rushed to book the filling appointment the following Friday. I was confused why it was so easy for them to book me in for fillings but so difficult to book me in before for a normal cleaning. They would be making almost one thousand dollars off of the two "cavities" through my insurance; it felt like they were trying to meet a sales quota. I saw Dr. Ramos one time before this most recent cleaning and he seemed overly enthusiastic about putting watches on my teeth, much more than I’ve ever experienced before, which was a red flag to me. I trusted my gut and decided to get a second opinion from a much more experienced dentist. The new-to-me dentist told me he felt no sticking and he would just watch the two teeth and wouldn’t consider the staining on my teeth cavities. Dr. Ramos told me there was sticking. I will be going to this more experienced dentist in the future. I’ve also seen Dr. Nicholas Di Pilla and Dr. Rober Di Pilla before with no issues. I’m writing this review in hopes that Dr. Ramos takes this as constructive feedback, to take time to understand the patient’s full dental history, to not rush their decision making and to also just call a cavity a cavity instead of dancing around the word. I'm giving this review a 1 star not because I think the location in totality is a 1 star but because I don’t want other patients to go through what I went through and I hope the DiPilla Dentistry of Detroit will get better.

  I love going to Dr. DiPilla’s office!!! Everyone is so kind and gentle. Coming from someone who has had a lot of tooth work, I am very cautious when selecting a dentist. There is no one I trust more to ensure I am being well taken care of and accommodate my feelings during an appt. 10/10 recommend!!!

  I truly appreciate the exceptional level of care and service Dr. Ramos consistently provides. He takes the time to ensure that I am comfortable throughout every procedure and is always attentive to my concerns. What stands out most is his commitment to his patients—he personally follows up the next day to make sure I’m doing well and experiencing no pain or complications. His professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for his patients make every experience a positive one.
