  I recently contacted this office to schedule an appointment and was disappointed by the experience. I clearly communicated my medical history, explained that I am considered high-risk, and shared that I have had previous negative experiences with midwives. I also made it clear that, based on those experiences and my personal comfort level, I prefer to be under the care of an OB/GYN. What concerned me most was being told that I would have to be comfortable seeing a midwife. As a patient, I believe I should be able to communicate my concerns and preferences regarding the provider managing my care—particularly when I have a significant medical history and previous experiences that directly influence my comfort level. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than heard or addressed professionally. I was unable to obtain the name of the individual I spoke with, but the interaction left a very negative impression. Patients, especially those with high-risk medical histories, deserve to feel heard, respected, and confident in the care they receive. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and recognizes the importance of patient choice, empathy, and professional communication when scheduling and coordinating care.

  Not sure what is wrong with the front desk staff here and why they’re so rude. Been a patient here for over a year and it’s been the same. The first point of contact at a medical office sets the tone for the entire experience, and the staff I interacted with were consistently rude, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy and compassion. Asking a simple question felt like an annoyance, and the attitude I received was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. They have signs everywhere about respecting employees but respect is a two way street.

  Dr Robinson and the entire staff is AMAZING! During my delivery Dr Kohn knew I was so nervous and she stayed after in the AM after an overnight shift to perform my c-section … BEST DOCTORS EVER!

  If I could give a zero I would. They said they would call me with my results, they never did, and I was there two months ago. I have called for my results and someone called me back finally and told me about results. I did not get a call back about my other results.

  Tamika and Dr. Cohn are amazing. Tamika will make you feel like a queen everytime she sees you. Dr. Cohn is fantastic and clearly cares about her patients. I won't go anywhere else. ❤️ thank you ladies!
