  I had such a great experience at Club Pilates Dearborn Heights! Hayat is an amazing instructor - the Flow 1.5 class was definitely tough (in the best way), and I felt that full-body burn 🔥 From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk greeted me by first name, and Hayat and all the members made me feel so welcome, I felt like part of the family. Such a supportive and positive environment, which makes all the difference. Already looking forward to my next class! 💕 Ps. Happiest Birthday wishes, Rose!

  I attempted to cancel my membership, but I continue to be charged monthly. I haven’t attended any classes in over three months, yet I’m now being told I have a past-due balance and could be sent to collections for charges I did not agree to. They also require a 30-day notice to cancel. Overall, this has been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend them

  I've had a very disappointing experience with the staff here. It seems there's a lack of consistent training regarding company policies, which has led to misinformation. I also found the management to be unsympathetic, with a strong focus on payments over customer satisfaction. The class scheduling is also problematic, with frequent unavailability and overcrowding. I would advise caution before signing up.

  Roely brings great energy to the reformer classes, and Lina is such a sweet smiling face up at the front desk. I have really enjoyed my first few months of classes and plan to continue.
