  I had an extremely negative experience here and would not return. The audiologist completed my hearing exam, printed the results, and then apparently failed to save them to the computer system. I was also sent home with a trial pair of hearing aids that had not been programmed correctly, requiring me to come back the next day for corrections. The pricing was the biggest red flag. I was quoted approximately $3,800 more than my insurance company said this provider was permitted to charge under its agreement. I was also shown figures exceeding $13,000, which made the whole process feel unnecessarily confusing and pressured. After I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed that the quote did not match the provider’s agreed pricing. I went to another provider and received the exact same hearing aids fully covered by insurance, with no $3,800 out-of-pocket cost. To make matters worse, the audiologist shared homophobic views during my visit, which was completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. I cannot recommend this practice. The combination of lost exam data, incorrect programming, questionable pricing, and inappropriate personal comments made this the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider.

  Sarah is very knowledgeable about my hearing problems including tinnitus and what hearing aid would be best for me. All the staff was very personable and genuinely cared about each individual. I would recommend her to my friends.
