  Been wearing Phonak for years. My experience in Florida was not good. I needed Nicole to fix what was not working for me. After a complete evaluation she solved my hearing issues. Thank you Nicole. You are the best! Definitely a go to place for hearing loss.

  I went for a hearing test at my family's request. The results were normal, with small issues in a couple frequencies. I was encouraged to have testing annually, but there was no pressure to purchase hearing aids.

  I bought a brand new set of Oticon hearing aids in South Africa - because that is where we spend the winter, and the left hand receiver failed a few days ago. So went to the Charlevoix center and met with Nicole Wormell. Nicky could not have been more helpful - she called Oticon USA, who of course had no record of my purchase, she gave them the serial # and date of purchase -clearly under warranty, and Oticon agree to ship a new receiver cable under the warranty! Nicky was persistent and made it happen! So thank you Hear Michigan Centers and Nicole Wormell!
