StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Plymouth-Canton offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- MPMark PMay 26, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 5/26/26 at 9 am. I made this appointment on Sunday and I received a confirmation of my appointment that day as well as a reminder of my appointment Monday morning. Then 13 hours before my appointment (at 8pm and only 8 hours after my appointment reminder) I was sent an email that said my appointment was cancelled. I didn’t see until just before my appointment and no reason was given for my cancellation. I moved my schedule around for this appointment and my time is valuable to me… Since I wasn’t given a reason, I am only left to speculate and it feels like maybe someone partied too hard for the holiday and decided my 9am appointment was too early for them… Not very professional at all. This has left a bad taste in my mount and at this point I would not recommend and I have requested a refund.
