  I had an exam and X-rays done about three months ago and was told that if I returned for the filling, I would not be charged again for another exam or X-rays. When I came back, I was quoted $330 for the filling. I felt that was too expensive and decided not to proceed. After I declined the treatment, the office tried to charge me $84 for an exam and X-rays. I was disappointed by the inconsistent communication regarding the fees. Transparency and clear pricing are important, and unfortunately my experience did not reflect that.

  I had fillings and a crown done here on different teeth, but I am still in persistent pain in two of them. On top of the poor results, their billing is unprofessional, they give one estimate and then try to demand much more once the work is finished. Very disappointed with the quality and lack of transparency.

  Seriously my favorite dentist office of all time. We moved to Flint and I still make the drive to come here. I refuse to go anywhere else. They’re always so kind and never ignore when you say you feel pain. Always on time and everything is perfect. I get the worst dentist anxiety, but not anymore!! I would recommend them to everyone.

While we understand and respect patient privacy laws, this situation is not about disclosing clinical details—it is about accountability. A significant amount of money, totaling $33,000, was paid for treatment that was not completed. This is a matter of financial and professional responsibility, not protected health information. Denying abandonment of care does not change the reality of the experience. Communication attempts were made and went unanswered, and the treatment plan was left unfinished without adequate resolution or follow-up. If A+ Dentistry is truly committed to ethical and professional standards, we expect a direct effort to resolve this matter—either by completing the agreed-upon treatment or providing an appropriate refund. A general statement of compliance does not substitute for meaningful action. We remain open to resolving this issue promptly and professionally.
