  I called this clinic to look into options for pediatricians for my daughter who is expected to be born in September. I was on hold for an extended period of time as the “number 1 caller in line” and then upon reaching the receptionist, she seemed like she was trying to rush to get me off the phone. I was hoping to have my daughter see one of the physicians here who came highly recommended but after my initial experience with this office, I will be looking elsewhere.

  I cannot recommend Downriver Pediatrics enough! The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients and families. From the front desk to the medical assistants, everyone is professional, compassionate, and helpful. The doctors and nurse practitioner take the time to listen to concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and never make you feel rushed. They provide excellent care and always make sure parents feel informed and comfortable with their child’s treatment plan. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to schedule appointments. They are accommodating, efficient, and do their best to get your child seen when needed. And they also have an emergency on call that goes straight to the doctors or NP which is amazing for us first time moms! As a parent, it’s reassuring to know my child is receiving such great care from a team that truly goes above and beyond. Downriver Pediatrics has consistently provided an outstanding experience, and I am so grateful for everything they do!

  I’m so grateful for Downriver Pediatrics and all of their staff. My children have been with them for 13 years; two of which have seen Dr. Dettore since birth. Everyone has always been kind, helpful, and supportive, making our experience truly exceptional!! I’ve never had an issue with making an appointment (sick and well). From the waiting rooms to the bathrooms, everything is always clean. Dr. Dettore is hands down the best pediatric doctor in this area! He is highly educated from cough and colds, to hematology, ADHD, and even rare medical conditions like BWS. He has never misdiagnosed my children. This is truly a doctor that will go out of his way for his patients and treat you like family. We can’t thank him and his staff enough.

  I’ve seen Dr. Dettore a majority of my youth and he is a phenomenal physician. When my tailbone was out of place, he was the only person out of multiple care providers to realign it. I’ve had timely results, including my extensive bloodwork, which was handled with care from Dr. Dettore when informing me of my condition. He is beyond knowledgeable and if I could continue having him as a PCP in adulthood, I wouldn’t think twice about it.

  "I highly recommend Dr. Dettore, Dr. Wylie, OR Brandi their NP for anyone seeking deeply knowledgeable and compassionate physicians. What truly sets all of the physicians apart is their ability to combine clinical excellence with clear communication. They took the time to thoroughly review my child's history, explain her diagnosis in terms I could easily understand, and walk me through all available treatment options without ever making me feel rushed. Additionally, the office staff was professional, and the wait times were minimal. It is rare to find a doctor who is so highly skilled yet so attentive to a patient's concerns. Excellent care all around from front desk staff, the Nurse, and MA's and the Doctors, and NP.
