  I had an awesome experience at StretchLab! Lauren B. did an amazing job with my stretch and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire session. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything along the way. I could genuinely feel the difference afterward! Sammy at the front counter was also fantastic. She was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The whole experience was great from start to finish, and both Lauren B. and Sammy made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend StretchLab, especially Lauren B! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Lauren B is fantastic, she is attentive and listens to what you need and focuses on problem areas. I can finally twist with my golf swing after 3.5 years of not being able to, her stretching has made such a difference in my day to day life and improved my sleep. Couldn't recommend Stretch Lab and particularly Lauren enough

  Katherine politely met me at the desk to get me checked in and for me with grippy socks, and Lauren did a wonderful job of explaining why and how the stretching would proceed. She was very knowledgeable and proficient. Excellent stretching session!

  This was my first time with assisted stretching in my post-college athletics life and it was amazing! Lauren B was very informative on what muscles are being stretched in each move and where I need to focus on in the future. Cathryn, the front desk representative, was super friendly and gave me very useful information on the different types of memberships and what would be beneficial to me & my life. It was overall a fantastic experience!
