  The service was really amazing. The staff was super friendly and did a great job all around. Joe helped me pick out a really nice pair of glasses. If you need an eye exam and glasses this is the place to go!

  Joe was amazing ! This is my first pair of glasses ever and he was extreamly informative without being overbearing. Gave me ample time to browse and try on frames without interruption but was there at the exact right moment. He also secured me an amazing deal on my frames and lenses

  Had the best experience working with Jonathan Hopkins from Lens Crafters Bloomfield Hills. He is very knowledgeable and Professional. His dedication and commitment to his customers and work is commendable. Would encourage you all to visit the Lens Crafters Bloomfield Hills. Dr. Kelly Janis, Lilly and Joe , the new manager are phenomenal as well. We are glad to give them a 5 star rating.

  On a whim, I stopped into this LensCrafters location to find new frames. What an amazing experience! Great selection of frames, great atmosphere, but more than anything, the staff was happy to be there, very helpful, and invested in client satisfaction. It has been a very long time since I have experienced this level of customer service. It starts at the top with store manager Joe. His passion influences his team to be the best. My interactions with everyone there have been top notch. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters. You will not be disappointed.

  We had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters in Bloomfield Hills, and we especially want to thank Patrick for his kindness and professionalism. The entire team here is truly exceptional. We chose this location on a whim, and we’re so glad we did. From the very first visit, we were impressed by the incredibly knowledgeable doctor and the genuinely warm, welcoming staff. Since then, we’ve been back multiple times as several family members ordered glasses and contacts—and every visit has been just as positive. What really stood out is how the staff recognizes us each time we come in, greeting us with friendly smiles and making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is the perfect balance of professional and comfortable, almost like a family environment. We also really appreciated the no-pressure experience. We were able to take our time browsing without feeling rushed or pushed into a decision, which made us feel confident and relaxed when making our purchase.
