I stopped by to have them tighten and was told only the optometrist could tighten them, but that person had left for the day. I explained it was hard for me to get by there and asked for the hours of when the optometrist would be available and I was told that information couldn’t be shared, just stop by before 7 pm. It was 6:40 pm when I arrived, yet the optometrist was gone, so needless to say that response was nonsensical. Customer service is a thing of the past. Hire better Warby Parker!
