The studio is rooted in functional strength and kindness. My only con is that classes fill up fast and I wish they added more to the schedule.

She seemed passive aggressive when I wasnt understanding the concept. Will love to go again, but will definitely get a different instructor.

I visited the studio from out of state and mistakenly left my gym shoes behind. They were so helpful in sending them right back to my house without hesitation or asking for me to do any of the work. This is a testament to them going above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend!
